In an IRNA news story published on page 4 of our December 31 issue, it was mistakenly mentioned that the Majlis authorized National Iranian Petrochemical Company (NIPC) to attract a total investment of $1.5 billion for the current year. The NIPC in a fax sent to the TEHRAN TIMES said the Majlis only authorizes the organization to use financial facilities.
